My hubby has recently taken up a new recreation . He got the MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) fever from his friend and he is completely addicted to it . I knew it would happen eventually . I don't mind it too much, but MMA style fighting just doesn't make much sense to me as a sport. That's just my opinion of it though. Obviously there are a lot of people out there who have a high interest in MMA as a sport. Possibly after some time training with my husband will help my interest in it and I'll be able to see the validity of it as a sport.
My husband is so sold out on MMA that he wants to start training like an MMA fighter does. He wants the MMA training gear, MMA hoodies, and a pair of these. I definitely support this venture, but I have a feeling that it's going to get kind of high-priced. My husband has always been into keeping himself fit though , so he already has a lot of the training stuff he needs to do this. I'm expecting that I'll be able to use some of the MMA training gear to work out with. Trust me, I don't want to be a MMA fighter but I am decidedly interested in any means of making myself more fit .
I've only ever seen one MMA fight in my life, is that sad? It was on televison once and my brother was watching it and it seemed like the craziest thing I had ever seen. I know that there are rules and stuff, but when I was watching it it totally did not look that way. It looks like the fighters just beat each other up using any means possible. I don't know why guys are so into fighting in general, let alone MMA fighting. I guess it's a chance to show their potency. Anyway, we'll see how far this interest in MMA goes with my husband. I'm just hoping he doesn't want to become an MMA fighter.
